INSPECTOR & PROINSPECTOR

Inspector

The Medical Association's Inspector is elected by the General Council and the term of office is two years. The inspector must be a person connected to the Faculty of Medicine, but without a direct connection to Medicinska Föreningen as a section. It is important that there is a great deal of commitment and that the inspector wishes to work to promote the interests of both the association and the members.

The inspector has a number of tasks, but basically the main purpose is to draw attention to and support the association and its activities. Among other things, this involves, together with the election committee, monitoring the election procedure of the general council members, staying informed about the association's activities and being available as a support when needed.

In order to be able to carry out his assignment in the best possible way, the inspector has the right to attend, express opinions and make demands at all meetings within the association as well as take part of all the available documents.

Proinspector

The Proinspector has the same tasks and rights as the Inspector. When choosing a Pro-Inspector, great emphasis is placed on the person having knowledge that can benefit Medicinska Föreningen and is a complement to the inspector's competence.

At Corbalen 2018, Lars Dahlin was installed as Inspector and Mikaela Dolk as Proinspector for Medicinska Föreningen Lund-Malmö.
